By accessing and using the services of B & R Pawn Feed Recycling, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services Provided

We provide recycling services including scrap metal purchasing, e-waste processing, and industrial equipment sales. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on pricing.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for materials are based on current market rates at the time of transaction
We reserve the right to adjust prices based on material quality and market conditions
Payment is made upon completion of weighing and inspection

Material Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any materials based on safety, environmental compliance, or operational considerations. Contaminated or hazardous materials will not be accepted.

Liability

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided for recycling are legally obtained and properly categorized. We are not liable for materials found to be stolen or improperly obtained after transfer.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with appropriate notice.
